Bill’s menu has always had a strong emphasis on vegetarian food and fresh produce which stems from Founder Bill Collison’s days as a greengrocer in Lewes, Sussex. Their new autumn menu now has more vegetarian and vegan options than ever before with nearly 50 percent of their dishes being vegan or vegetarian.
One of the highlights from the new menu has to be the Jackfruit Salad Bowl served with a spicy smoked chilli sauce, mixed grains and rice, edamame beans, red cabbage, toasted cashew nuts, lettuce and a mine and lime yoghurt! Another is the delicious Roasted Butternut Squash and Feta Risotto with baby spinach and courgette, topped with shredded fennel salad and toasted pumpkin seeds.
As well as being packed full of healthy options, Bill’s haven’t forgotten the indulgent treats. Make sure you save room for their new Spiced Pear and Raspberry Eton Mess – it’s the perfect autumnal dessert.
They also haven’t forgotten the cocktails – they have introduced a new selection with favourites including the Hazelnut and Coffee Old Fashioned and the Sparkling Blackberry Negroni!
