This week’s ‘In Conversation’ is with Jo Cox-Brown.
Jo is the Founding Director of Night Time Economy Solutions Ltd the Global Leader in night-time economy management. She has always been fascinated by cities after dark and has worked in the industry for over 12 years. For eight years Jo was the Chief Executive of a charity set up to enhance and improve the reputation of Nottingham’s nightlife working as part of a team to pioneer their first night-time economy strategy. During her time there she set up and ran a multi-award-winning city-centre bar, music, arts and events venue. She also re-launched Nottingham Street Pastors and Safe Space. She has also been the night-time economy manager for Manchester City Centre and has worked with towns and cities across the country to create safer more diverse areas after dark. Jo is passionate about night-time economy place management and is Fellow of the Institute of Place Management and a Member of the Institute of Licensing.
