Exeter’s Central Library offers members the opportunity to borrow books, DVDs, CDs and magazines from a whole range of genres and much more.  The Library also offers talks with authors, playwrights, local historians and naturalists. All listings are shown on the Library’s website.

Visitors can also enjoy a superb selection of ethically sourced and freshly made beverages from the cafe on the ground floor.

FabLab, a small-scale workshop offering digital fabrication is located in the Library. The facility offers an evolving array of flexible computer controlled machines that allow you to invent, make and share. You could print t-shirts, produce electronic circuit boards, program a computer or CNC machine an electric guitar.

FabLab is open to anybody who wants to learn about digital making to invent, create and design, and turn ideas into reality. The facilities are often used by makers, designers, local businesses, inventors, artists and entrepreneurs. We welcome school and group visits too.

For further information, please visit the FabLab webpage, or email hello@fablabdevon.org
