This two-day workshop, delves behind the glass cases of curiosities to imagine the quirky characters who collected them. Author-illustrator Samantha Boughton will lead you on a creative journey to develop observational sketching and note-taking into a final artwork using inks, collage, pastel pencil and lettering.
Samantha Boughton won the 2106 Ronald Searle Award for Creativity after receiving a distinction for her MA in Illustration from the prestigious Cambridge School of Art, and her children’s books have been commissioned by the Tate Gallery
