Baby-friendly curator talk – Birds without borders
Thu 5 Sept
10 to 11am
Drop-in. Pay what you think.
The third in our series of baby-friendly talks by RAMM’s curators. Join collections officer Holly Morgenroth on a tour around our Birds without borders exhibition.
This fascinating exhibition explores the incredible feats of migration some birds must achieve in order to survive and breed. A playful mix of art, science and social history reveals why some migrant birds such as the swallow and cuckoo have found a place in our hearts, art and culture, both here and in their winter homes abroad.
These talks are only for parents and carers with children under 18 months, so there’s no need to worry about disturbing other visitors during the talk.
Children will be able to have free movement whilst the talk takes place and toys and books will be provided for their entertainment.
