Tina has a bestial-looking face, a scar above her tailbone, and the ability to sense or smell how people feel. She is especially adept at detecting fear or unease, skills that make her an invaluable border guard.
When the suspicious Vore comes thorugh security he shares physical traits with Tina and wears a permanent cocksure smirk that suggests he knows things she doesn’t — knowledge that may disrupt her life completely. Based on a short story by Swedish author John Ajvide Lindqvist, Border conjures up memories of unsettling folk tales that tie us to the natural world and its odder anomalies, a world that now seems distant yet creepily familiar.
