Mixed ability yoga class in Exeter: beginners to yoga and experienced yogis are welcome!
The Compassionate Flow Yoga class integrates flowing yoga sequences with compassion-focused therapy skills and techniques, and includes breathing practices, yoga postures, imagery work, and relaxation.
You will be guided on your yoga journey with Dr Kayleigh Darch, experienced Clinical Psychologist & Yoga Teacher.
The class runs on a 6-weekly cycle and focuses on sequences and practices to lift mood, relieve stress, reduce anxiety, and boost self-confidence.
Tuesdays 6-7pm at Exeter Community Centre.
