We will experiment with tools for developing your characters, getting them across to the reader, and using them to generate plot. This interactive workshop will be suitable for emerging and established writers.
Kim Sherwood’s debut novel Testament was long-listed for the Desmond Elliott Prize, and won the Bath Novel Award and Harper’s Bazaar Big Book of 2019. Testament is about the impact of the Holocaust on three generations of a family. Sherwood is a Senior Lecturer in Creative Writing. In 2019, she was shortlisted as a Sunday Times Young Writer of the Year.
