Design and craft your very own 3D diorama or small theatre of a scene from a creative brief. Using digital photography as a starting point you will be printing your work, cutting layers from images and building three-dimensional frames into a unique diorama.

Aimed at 8 – 13 year olds this hands-on fun-packed workshop allows you to build a 3D scene, while learning digital photography and cut-out techniques. You will be able to take your diorama home with you.

All materials provided. The workshop runs from 10am – 4pm, there will be a dedicated half an hour lunch break, please bring along a packed lunch. Parents welcome to stay to help younger children and join in the fun.


Fotonow CIC is a Plymouth based social enterprise exploring visual culture as a means to stimulate social change. The staff team at Fotonow are all experienced media practitioners and educators who are passionate in developing creative opportunities and facilitating socially motivated creative projects across the South West of England.
