Exeter Queer Punk Fest is back for its second year!!

This time it’s at the Cavern on the night of Exeter Pride and we’ve got this bunch of people playing for your delights:

Punk witches from London, described as “The Ramones meets Bikini Kill”. Queer feminist delights ready to end your night in style! They are known for their riotous live shows that mix storming guitar with sweet three-part harmonies.

Really cool pop band with loads of mathy influences.
“There’s more to Orchards than meets the eye.
The band’s whip-smart math-pop is all glistening surface and immediate melody, but beneath this chrome-plated chassis lies a complex rhythmic engine.” – CLASH Magazine

Three-piece poppy indie punk band with South West routes. Absolute bangers about being really unsure about everything, in an unbelievably relatable way!

Suggested Friends
You might recognise this four-piece from playing after this year’s School of Frock with Wolf Girl. Really spectacular twee emo pop, with great melodies and harmonies. Will blow you away as a live band.

¡Ay, Carmela!
¡Ay Carmela! is a three piece indie punk band. The band started out as Carmela’s solo project before she joined Colour Me Wednesday, and gained its full line up when Laura (Block Fort, Emma Kupa, Damsel, and many other bands) and Jaca (Hands, Peanut Butler) joined on bass and drums.

Followed by INDIE CLUB – DJs playing the best of indie anthems (Gossip, MGMT, Blondie, Arcade Fire, Pulp, Fratellis, The Hives, Killers, Kaiser Chiefs etc)! £4/Free to ticket holders.
