Every Thursday evening – experience a six week yoga program with integrated cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) skills.
Open to all, no experience of yoga needed!
This course includes self-help skills for overcoming anxiety and negative thinking patterns using controlled breathing practices, body movements, meditations and traditional CBT techniques. It is a group program open to anyone interested in developing self-help skills to manage emotional wellbeing. It is not a replacement for talking therapy or other forms of treatments recommended or prescribed for those awaiting or under the care of mental health services.
