CEO, Craig Bulley is appointed by the BID Board

Ray Frame joins the BID board as representative for the Guildhall

The BID run a Meet the Board event inviting BID levy payers to meet Craig and the board.
A tender process is begun to appoint a PR and Marketing partner

One Voice Media, together with Illicit Web Design and Believe In are appointed to provide PR and Marketing services to the BID
Exeter BID supports additional city dressing for Rugby World Cup

A series of brand workshops and surveys take place to provide market research for the development of a new brand and marketing campaign for Exeter
Exeter BID launch Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts to promote interesting events, special offers and BID businesses to the public across the region and beyond #inExeter
100,000 ‘Passports to Exeter’ are distributed across the county to promote BID businesses during the Christmas period
Exeter BID rolls out a programme of Christmas street entertainment covering late nights and weekends throughout November and December

The Welcome Team are appointed and hit the streets of Exeter. A team of ambassadors are on hand each day to help shoppers and tourists make the most of their time in the city by assisting visitors, monitoring the city environment and working with the businesses across the BID area.
Mark Barretto joins the team as BID Co-ordinator, supporting Exeter BID CEO
The first in a series of footfall cameras goes live
January
The Welcome Team spend the month meeting as many BID businesses as possible and answer queries from more than 1,200 visitors to the city
Exeter BID CEO works with groups across the city, including EBAC and Best Bar None to improve the city centre experience
February
BID levy businesses are contacted to provide information about their businesses and promotional materials, as each businesses will have their own page on a new website for the city.
A photography competition has been launched with the general public
BID Welcome Team answer queries from some 1,499 people this month
Exeter BID #inExeter Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts reach more than 4,000 followers
