#FinditinExeter with Changing Faces

Got a big event coming up and need to look like a Hollywood star, or just fancy treating yourself to some luxury TLC? Located on New Bridge Street, Changing Faces is a one stop shop for all your beauty needs. With lashes, make up, hair, brows, microblading, facials, nails, aesthetics and much more on offer, the team will leave you feeling like a million dollars when you walk out the door.

For this week’s #FinditinExeter we visited Rebecca, owner of Changing Faces, to find out all about her glamorous hair and beauty salon.

Changing Faces is the largest mobile wedding make-up and hair team in Devon, alongside the luxury city centre boutique studio which opened in 2018 offering all the latest beauty products and services. Rebecca chose Exeter for the studio location not only because of her locality to the city, but also its selection of eclectic independent businesses and the community vibes that they could be a part of. Changing Faces was first launched by Rebecca’s mum Julie in 1985 after she met Pierre La Roche, make-up artist to the incomparable David Bowie, which sparked her interest in the beauty world. When Rebecca left school, she trained in beauty and make-up before heading off to Australia and Europe for a few years. When she returned home, she joined her mum and helped grow their business into what it is today: a mobile team of 15 qualified makeup artists and hair stylists offering wedding and special occasion hair and makeup in Devon venues and homes, alongside 5 qualified therapists in the studio supplying beauty and hair treatments to the people of Exeter.

The team have years of experience between them. Their work has ranged from celebrity and VIP events, alongside grand high-end weddings to lots of lovely local brides and clients. Highlights including working on various TV shows such as Gentleman Jack and Emmerdale, for publications including The Daily Mail, Hello! and The New York Times, as well as working with a range of celebrities from Tinie Temper, Eva Mendes, Ella Eyre, and even Barbra Windsor!

Talented, experienced, and friendly, the salon staff offer a whole range of treatments in their gorgeous space. From a lash lift to frame your eyes, a luxury manicure to make your nails shine or a spray tan to make you look like you’ve just stepped off a plane from the Seychelles.

If you fancy a new look and want to look flawless and feel fabulous then head on down to Changing Faces. They ensure that each bride and client walks away feeling polished and the most confident version of themselves, whatever the occasion.

Changing Faces are open Monday 10am-6pm, Tuesday 9am-7pm, Thursday and Friday 10am-7pm, and Saturday 10am-2pm. More information about the team and the treatments they offer can be found by clicking here.
