This week we caught up with manager of Brody’s Breakfast Bar, Thomas Renshaw, to talk about the most important meal of the day, breakfast.
Brody’s Breakfast Bar
Providing the best quality food and allowing you to get stuck straight in, with no limits on what you choose, Brody’s Breakfast Bar on Queen Street is the place to go for a breakfast feast.
Thomas hasn’t been manager of Brody’s Breakfast Bar long, starting in September and is excited to be part of the company, working alongside a great team. Thomas and owner Tristan, have lots planned for the breakfast bar. Brody’s is an incredibly popular breakfast destination so for the past four weeks Thomas has opened up the first floor so that anyone in need of nourishment can still enjoy the quantity and quality Brody’s provides even on its busiest days.
With locally sourced vegetables, meat and bread on offer this independent eatery is a firm favourite with its customers.
From self-service stations boasting freshly baked bread, a plethora of jams and spreads, a juice bar, DIY waffles and pancakes and even a toaster of your own, you can help yourself to everything except your full English. Brody’s Breakfast Bar is certainly a must visit for any breakfast fanatic.
